We are all concerned about what the future holds, well nearly all of us, some live day by day but most of us look to the future and think about what it holds. The work place is slowly adapting to AI and employers have been pushed to offer greater work life balance, now offering jobs fully remote is deemed fairly normal. The consequences being employers do not need to offer jobs to the local candidate market, they can offer jobs to regions or countries where salary demands are less. Jobs that paid well due to candidate shortage are decreasing. With know geographical constraints the only issue left is ethical; however we know from history that business will always aim for profit over doing the right thing.
