Neutral Vendor

Completely neutral supply chain which manages the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients creating fair competition for all recruitment agencies in the supply chain.

Master vendor

Gold Group would be the prime vendor filling requirements but additionally we would establish and manage a Preferred Suppliers List (PSL) with agencies to ensure that the business needs of our clients are met.

Hybrid MSP

The hybrid model is a combination of Vendor Neutral and Master Vendor models creating a model that
includes the best of both. Your MSP will provide the majority of the skillsets whilst using multiple providers for others for a specific discipline or geographical area.
