Title: Assistant 4D Planner
Location: Cheshire (Hybrid)
Salary: £35-50,000 + package
Are you ready to take the first step into the exciting world of digital construction? A leading main contractor is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant 4D Planner to join their team on a major framework in the Northwest offering long term secured pipeline of work.

As an Assistant 4D Planner, you'll support the 4D planning team in delivering world-class projects through the integration of cutting-edge digital tools and methodologies. You'll gain hands-on experience in 4D modeling, digital rehearsal facilitation, and collaborative planning, working closely with engineers, project managers, and delivery teams.
Duties
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of 4D models to support project planning and delivery.
- Supporting digital rehearsals and collaborative planning sessions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Learning to use industry-leading software such as Synchro, Navisworks, and other digital tools.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to bridge the gap between design and delivery.
- Actively contributing to the integration of digital delivery practices into everyday operations.
Candidate
- A background or interest in construction, engineering, or project planning (degree or equivalent experience preferred).
- A keen interest in digital construction technologies and a drive to learn new skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in software tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or 3D modeling software is a bonus (training will be provided).
- A passion for innovation and an eagerness to contribute to the digital transformation of the construction industry.
