An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Change Planner to join an established project controls team based in Birmingham. As a Change Planner, you will be integral to managing and implementing change initiatives, ensuring the project progresses smoothly and efficiently.

Duties
- Change Management: Develop, implement, and manage change plans to support project delivery and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Planning & Scheduling: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Impact Analysis: Conduct impact assessments to identify the potential effects of changes on the project and develop mitigation strategies.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and documentation to provide visibility on change initiatives and project progress.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
