Intermediate Structural Engineer
Location: Kingston (Hybrid: Mix of Home and Office Working)
Salary: Up to £38,000 Salary + Pension + Bonus + Professional Development Support

Your Role:
As an Intermediate Structural Engineer, you will work closely with the senior engineering team to deliver innovative and effective structural and drainage designs for a variety of residential projects. You will have the opportunity to grow professionally, gain diverse experience, and work toward achieving Chartered status through I.Struct.E or ICE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare structural and drainage designs and perform calculations for new build and renovation projects.
- Conduct site visits and attend design team meetings to support ongoing projects.
- Perform structural inspections, report on defects, and recommend remedial actions.
- Develop UK residential drainage designs.
What We're Looking For:
- A relevant degree (BSc or equivalent) with ideally a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the residential sector.
- A proven track record in producing structural designs and supporting calculations.
- A strong desire to work toward Chartered Member status with ICE or I.Struct.E.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, project management abilities, and a commitment to delivering client satisfaction.
