We are looking for a Programme Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in managing programme financials, ensuring accuracy, and supporting project teams with key financial insights.
The Role:
So, what will you be doing as the Programme Finance Analyst?
- Analyse programme costs, forecasts, and financial performance, challenging and supporting Project Managers (PMs) and Work Package Managers.
- Ensure timesheet accuracy and monitor labour costs on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Maintain financial schedules, sub-ledgers, and programme reporting.
- Perform variance analysis on costs, scope, and schedules while identifying and mitigating risks.
- Track resource requirements and monitor against actuals.
- Prepare financial customer reports and assist with programme cash flow and gross margin analysis.
- Support PMs with financial reporting tools, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Conduct formal quarterly Programme Cost Reviews and provide financial insights to Senior Management.
- Ensure timely invoicing and assist in resolving overdue payments.
- Support month-end closing processes and contribute to FP&A activities.

- Proficiency in financial systems and Excel-based reporting tools.
- Experience in defence, maritime, or engineering sectors is a plus.
