Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of biggest deep drainage projects in Europe. You will work on a range of challenging and exciting projects that contribute to the improvement and expansion of vital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead a project team and ensure the successful completion of multiple projects, meeting deadlines and budgetary requirements.
- Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk assessments. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Quality Control: Maintain the highest quality standards in project delivery, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and financial performance, making necessary adjustments to maintain cost control.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks to prevent potential project delays or cost overruns.
- Client Relations: Foster positive client relationships through effective communication and timely updates on project progress.
- Safety Compliance: Uphold the highest safety standards and ensure all project activities adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Team Development: Mentor, motivate, and guide project team members to maximize their potential and performance.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification or experience qualified
- Atleast 2 years Deep Drainage experience at a minimum of 7 metres
- CSCS Gold Card essential
- SSSTS or SMSTS essential
- Experience of NEC4 Contracts
- Knowledge of Temporary works and Lift Ops
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
