Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Hybrid, West London)
Salary: £48,000 to £55,000 + package

Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Management: Manage project costs, applications for payment, valuations, and cash flow while maintaining accurate records and contractual documents.
- Contract Expertise: Ensure all contract management is carried out in line with project policies, optimising solutions and managing risk effectively.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly reports covering value, cost, profit/loss, and forecasting.
- Liaison: Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and customer representatives, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Procurement & Negotiation: Lead supply chain contract negotiations and oversee final close-outs.
- Health & Safety: Ensure all work complies with the latest health, safety, and environmental regulations, driving best practices across the project.
