Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor seeking your next exciting challenge? Join a leading main contractor delivering a major infrastructure project in West London.
This is a 6 month contract role, offering a competitive day rate of £500-£600 (inside IR35) via an Umbrella Company.
Role Overview
As a key member of the commercial team, the Quantity Surveyor will play an integral role in ensuring the successful delivery of large concrete structures on the high-profile project. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing costs, contracts, and budgets to maximize project profitability.
- Preparing accurate valuations, forecasts, and final accounts.
- Overseeing subcontractor procurement and payment.
- Identifying and mitigating commercial risks.
- Collaborating closely with project teams to drive project success.
About You
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor with:
- Proven experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and the ability to manage change processes effectively.
