Senior Fund Accountant / Property Accountant, London (Hybrid working)

£70,000 - £90,000 Salary and Bonus / Benefits

We are currently looking to engage with experienced Fund Accountants & Property Accountants who have perhaps 10+ years of experience in the field and would like to transition from working client side to the advisory side.

Talent from the property finance space who are perhaps finding their current role stale and would like to work in a more varied and challenging role whilst utilising the skills and capabilities to date may find the move to advisory a breath of fresh air.

Working on the advisory side you will play an integral role on behalf of several real estate focused investment clients offering advice and support on short to long term projects, each offering their own unique rewards and hurdles to overcome.

You will be part of a growing team, one that works as a collective and who each champion and support one another.

For those preferring the flexibility of working from home, they are well positioned to help set up remote working, and very much use tools such as Teams to ensure lines of communication are always open and available to those in the team.

Financially they are open to discussions with people individually about salary and will measure on a case-by-case basis. The most important factor hiring Fund Accountants / Property Accountants who will add real value and sit well within the structure of this well-balanced team.
