Relationship Manager
Up to £30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission, car allowance, monthly, quarterly and yearly incentives.

As an Relationship Manager you will need to be able to build long lasting relationships with your client base. Deliver to their needs and maintain the activity across the account.
We currently operate in a number of industries including Defence & Aerospace, Engineering, Renewables and Construction which are our key markets at present. This desk will enable you to build a strategic career path in one of those areas and explore new ventures along the way.
Experience Profile
As a Relationship Manager you will have previous recruitment or sales experience including:
- Find solutions for your clients needs
- Up selling experience
- Relationship building
- High levels of customer service.
- Use of social media to enhance branding and sales
