.Senior Electrical Engineer/ ECIA Engineer

  • Multiple UK Locations: Cardiff, Exeter, Bristol, Birmingham, Derby, Redditch, Shrewsbury, London, Reading, High Wycombe and Brighton.
  • Hybrid - Must be commutable distance for 2/3 days in the office of any locations.
  • MUST have the right to Work in the UK
  • Salary: £35,000 GROSS PA - £60,000 GROSS PA Open to salary discussions

As a result of these ongoing relationships, and a number of recent successful bids, we are actively seeking Senior Electrical Engineers to join our Water Business at various locations.
You will grow our reputation within the local community and Water Business, by providing EICA design services for a range of projects.


Senior Electrical/ ECIA Engineer
As a Senior Electrical/ECIA Engineer, you will provide technical design services and expertise as part of integrated project teams. You will be involved in the entire project life cycle, contributing to feasibility studies, site surveys, investigations, and detailed design and installation.

Role:

  • Involved in the whole project life cycle from optioneering through to detailed design and installation. Involved with feasibility studies, site surveys and investigations.
  • Projects including in water, wastewater, energy, infrastructure and environmental sectors.
  • Working and liaising with project managers, technical leaders, design engineers, clients, supply chain partners, contractors, planners and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for the projects and community.
  • Help develop the team by acting as a mentor, line manager or guide to less experienced members within the team.


Required Skills:

  • Chartered or Incorporated Electrical Engineer with the IET.
  • Extensive experience in EICA design within the water industry.
  • Proficient in writing technical specifications, control philosophies, schedules, and reports.
  • Experienced in producing Single Line Diagrams, Block Cable Diagrams, and Network Infrastructure Diagrams.
  • Skilled in providing engineering input to collaborative design outputs, including General Arrangement Drawings, 3D models, and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams.
  • Strong client focus with a commitment to designing with the community in mind.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a commitment to service excellence.
