Title: Senior Planning Engineer
Location: Central London (Hybrid)
Salary: £80-95,000 + package
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planning Engineer with energy and power industry experience to join a leading independently owned consultancy.
The Senior Planning Engineer will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of a key project based in South East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for schedule estimation across various projects in early-stage development, and working closely with delivery teams.
Duties
- Lead the scheduling estimation process for all projects in early-stage development, ensuring accurate and reliable timelines.
- Ensure that all scheduling activities meet the requirements, providing critical input into project planning and execution.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment and seamless integration of schedules across different stages of project development.
- Develop and enhance schedule estimation capabilities within the portfolio development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure that project timelines are realistic, achievable, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Candidate
- Proven experience as a Senior Planning Engineer within the energy and power sector.
- Strong expertise in schedule estimation and project planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Advanced Primavera P6 skills
