The Role:
So, what will you be doing as a Senior Quality Technician?
- Conduct in-process, final, and goods-in inspections using a variety of tools and equipment to ensure quality compliance.
- Support calibration and asset management activities at our client's site, liaising with other site calibration leads and external calibration partners as needed.
- Assist in the development of Business Management System (BMS) processes, ensuring alignment with international standards and customer requirements while incorporating best practices.
- Support Quality Engineers in managing non-conformance events, including Material Review Boards (MRBs) and effective Corrective Action closure.
- Perform incoming assessments and diagnostic reports to support repair activities.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance business performance and support professional development (CPD).
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Quality Technicians, fostering a culture of excellence.
What are we looking for in our next Senior Quality Technician?
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
- Experience in assembly and test operations within a Quality Inspection environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and inspection techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience working with calibration and asset management systems is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
