Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Esher, Surrey
Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 + package
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a busy and growing construction consultancy at their offices near to Esher in Surrey. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play an integral role in the businesses future, supporting their existing leadership team with the growth of the business whilst also mentoring junior surveyors within the team and delivering a number of services to their growing client base within the residential sector.
Working closely with my clients leadership team, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:
- Preparing budget estimates and cost plans
- Producing Bills of Quantities and Schedules of Works
- Reviewing contractor tender returns
- Undertake contract administration duties and valuations
- Final account negotiations
- Provide support and guidance to junior members of the team
- Provide support to the leadership team as required

Senior Quantity Surveyors considering this opportunity will need to have:
- At least 5 years post graduate experience within a consultancy environment
- Keen to achieve, or already have achieved MRICS or MCIOB status
- Strong problem solving skills with experience in Project Management and managing client relationships
- Excellent communication skills
