Brief

Site Agents needed for a well-known construction organisation based in Buckinghamshire who are looking to employ a number of experienced and well-rounded Site Agents that takes pride in their work.

The successful candidate must hold the following tickets:

• SMSTS
• NRSWA Supervisor
• NVQ Level 3 or 6
• CSCS card

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Site Agents will include:

• Proactively collaborate with other Contract teams.
• Management of site activities.
• Works are completed on specified in the design documentation, our customers standard details and the specification of highways works.
• Management, recruitment and development of staff.
• This role will be responsible for ensuring the schemes completed as part of the planned works programme comply with the required standards.

What experience you need to be the successful Site Agents:

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• NVQ L3 or L6
• NRSWA Supervisor.
• CSCS Supervisors or Manager.
• Temporary Works Coordinator Course.
• Great Communication and Presentation skills.
• Experience in a similar role
