Brief
As a Site Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical building electrical services at CCEP Uxbridge. Working closely with the Site Supervisor, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality maintenance practices and compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) standards. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with both the site team and clients, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in service delivery.
What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the Site Electrical Engineer will include:
- Manage and control the Permit to Work system, ensuring compliance with procedures and processes.
- Foster a safety culture within the site team and ensure FM services are delivered in accordance with regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with site and client personnel.
- Identify and implement innovative ideas to reduce costs and improve service quality.
- Assist in managing the planned maintenance schedule and complete associated work tasks.
- Provide expertise to support the Site Supervisor and supervise specialist sub-contractors.
- Identify obsolete equipment and contribute to the maintenance plan.
- Ensure statutory records are up to date and available for inspection.
- Assist in planning, costing, and managing small projects and additional works.
What experience and skills you need to be the successful Site Electrical Engineer:
- Electrical C&G Level 2 & 3 with AM2 (Essential)
- 18th Edition (Essential)
- C&G 2391 (Testing and Inspection) - (Desirable)
- Water Hygiene L8
- Knowledge of M&E standards
- Carpentry or other Trade qualifications (Desirable)
- Plumbing (Desirable)
- Health & Safety legislation (IOSH Managing Safely) and Company procedures.
- COSHH
- Water Hygiene
- Site technical systems
- Facilities management services
- Company Quality procedures
- Company Environmental Management plan and local procedures
- Quality & Environmental Management Systems
- IT business support systems including SAP and Planon CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system.
- Basic knowledge and use of Microsoft Windows application(s).
