Site Supervisor

We are searching for driven and organised Site Supervisor to join a well-established roofing company who have been working in the roofing industry for over 30 years.

You will be a pivotal part of the team and be responsible for supporting the Contracts Manager

Job: Site Supervisor - Full-time

Location: Newton Abbot / Field Based / South Devon - Exeter

Schedule: Monday - Friday / 7:30am - 5pm

Salary: Starting salary of £36,000 with flexibility to increase depending on experience

Benefits: Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Pension Scheme, 33 Days Holiday inclusive of bank holidays.

Site Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversee, manage, organise and control daily operations of approximately 15 contracts simultaneously.
• Conduct pre- and mid-roof inspections to verify readiness, compliance, and safety.
• Complete final roof signoffs.
• Deliver toolbox talks to tradesmen.
• Record site manager conversations via internal app.
• Monitor on-site materials and coordinate scheduling with site teams and Contracts Manager.
• Liaise with roofing trades and labourers.
• Communicate with the buying department to prevent delays.
• Attend weekly subcontractor and office meetings to review progress and upcoming plans

Site Supervisor Experience & Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• 3 years' experience within the construction or roofing sectors
• UK Driving Licence
• CSCS Card
