Location: Leeds/Bradford

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sub Agent to join to a leading main contractor delivering an increasing pipeline of civil engineering, highways improvements and public realm projects across Leeds & Bradford. The Sub Agent will be joining a well regarded business that can offer a structured career path, an excellent work life balance, hybrid working and a competitive salary & package.
As a Sub Agent, you will play a key role in the delivery of a number of projects including upgrades to the public transport network, pedestrianisation of city centres, new bridges, highways improvements and more. Some of the Sub Agent's key duties will include:
- Continuing my clients focus on Zero Harm
- Managing the site teams performance
- Review method statements
- Undertake trend analysis and field audits
- Management of subcontractors
- Support the site teams but demonstrating a sound understanding of cost & value
- Draft documents to subcontractors, suppliers and the client

Sub Agents considering this opportunity will need excellent communication skills, a valid CSCS, SSSTS or SMSTS card and previous experience working for a main contractor within the civil engineering or infrastructure sectors. You'll also need to be familiar with the NEC suite of contracts.
