The Role:
So, what will you be doing as a Technical Administrator?
- Maintain and control equipment records, including archiving and transfers.
- Conduct costing activities in collaboration with ESS engineers.
- Generate and update technical documentation, including calibration specifications and testing documents.
- Process facility documentation, such as configuration control and visitor paperwork.
- Collaborate with Design and Manufacturing Engineering on equipment documentation issues.
- Support periodic competency checks on engineering certification documentation.
- Raise and manage purchase requisitions to aid engineers in procurement activities.
What are we looking for in our next Technical Administrator?
- Strong knowledge of configuration control and asset management principles.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for generating technical materials.
- Supportive and professional demeanor, maintaining composure even under last-minute changes.
- Basic understanding of budget management is desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP
