We are seeking an experienced Avionics Mechanic to join our EASA & UK CAA-approved Maintenance Repair Organisation at Gatwick. This role involves working on 737 NG/Max, 777, and 787 aircraft, carrying out maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
Avionics Mechanic
Pay: £37 per hour
Location: Gatwick Airport - Fully On Site
Contract: Until 31 Dec 2025
Shift: 554 rotation, 12-hour day shifts (07:00 - 19:00)
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled maintenance, defect rectifications, and repairs on Avionic and Electrical systems
- Ensure accurate completion of technical documentation
- Work closely with Licensed Aircraft Engineers to maintain high safety and operational standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Recognised apprenticeship or formal training in Avionics
- Experience in Line or Base Maintenance on commercial aircraft
- Strong teamwork, flexibility, and attention to detail
- Eligibility for a London Gatwick Airport airside pass
