The Role:

So, what will you be doing as a Contract Delivery Manager?

• Manage supplier responsibilities throughout the delivery, installation, and commissioning phases.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure supplier-delivered equipment meets specification, quality, schedule, and cost requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary activities such as project reviews, acceptance tests, business reviews, and supplier visits.
• Manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring delivery of milestones on time and within budget.
• Negotiate contract changes and resolve any claims for delay or poor performance.
• Utilize ERM system to manage purchase orders and other deliverables.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reports on cost and schedule performance.
• Drive cost reduction and avoidance activities, securing stakeholder buy-in.

What are we looking for in our next Contract Delivery Manager?

• Experience in direct procurement within complex environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex contracts during delivery phases.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Effective communicator and influencer.

Desirable:

• MCIPS qualification or equivalent, working towards CIPS or relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Project Management methodologies and techniques.
