The Role:
So, what will you be doing as a Project Manager?
- Lead and manage full lifecycle of assigned projects
- Ensure adherence to client's procedures, processes, and quality standards
- Manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Build and motivate high-performing project teams
- Provide mentoring and coaching across a matrix organisation
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage customer expectations and maintain strong relationships
- Create and maintain project plans and Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Manage project resources and contribute to forward load planning
- Maintain project risk, issue, and opportunity registers
- Develop mitigation strategies and educate project teams on risk management
- Track and report on project performance using dashboard metrics
- Chair project reviews, progress updates, and bid presentations
- Lead bids and proposals as Bid Manager when required
- Develop and communicate winning strategies
What are we looking for in our next Project Manager?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- APM accreditation (or working towards)
- Strong background in project management (ideally within defence or engineering sectors)
- Proficiency in planning, risk management, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication
- Eligibility for Security Clearance (SC)
