Your Role:
As the Service Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the service department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Service & Repair Coordination - Process repair orders, manage cost estimates, and maintain service status reports.
- Customer Interaction - Handle incoming customer requests, provide updates on orders, and assist with quotations.
- Logistics & Documentation - Prepare shipping and customs paperwork in compliance with regulations.
- Database Management - Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and ERP systems.
- Team Support - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, assist colleagues during high-volume periods, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring:
- Education: Associate degree or equivalent ("kaufmännische Ausbildung" or similar).
- Experience: At least 3 years in an office environment with a strong background in administrative support.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel) and familiarity with office equipment. CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) is a plus.
- Languages: Fluency in German (spoken and written) with a good command of English.
- Key Traits: Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
