Technical Records Administrator
Gatwick Airport (Airside)
£20-£23 per hour
12 Month long contract.
Start ASAP.
Key experience sought;
- Previous experience within an aircraft Maintenance or Modifications Technical Records administering role
- Experience using AMOS and/or STREAM
- Proactive, self-starting, team player
Responsibilities.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable Regulatory requirements and Internal procedures.
· Collect all paperwork from check management, review and file accordingly ensuring all corrections are distributed to the relevant departments / focals.
· Perform audits of all ATL (Aircraft Technical Log) pages, Work Packs, Engineering Documentation and any further documentation denoting maintenance carried out on aircraft.
· Compile reports and feedback to the Lead Technical Records Administrator and Boeing management team.
· Scan and electronically file all documentation in the correct location and format according to local procedures.
· Use AMOS / STREAM to support Technical Records activities and any other requirements.
· Where required carry out tasks, within capabilities, to assist other departments within the organisation.
· Support and contribute to any continuous improvement.
· Ensure the Technical Records department remains compliant and is maintained in an audit ready condition at all times.
· Work closely with Production Planning and Technical Services teams during the preparation and execution of maintenance projects.
